Orders ship within 7 business days. Delivery time for domestic orders is 2 - 7 business days.

International Shipping + Returns

Orders ship within 7 business days. International orders arrive in 1 - 2 weeks. 

International shipments may be subject to tax and duty fees. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If you have any questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges or returns on international orders at this time. 

Returns

We hope that you love your purchase from Loom & Field. If that's not the case, we gladly accept returns or exchanges on all unused items within 7 days of the delivery date.

Custom orders, made-to-order products, and items on sale or purchased with a discount code are final sale.

• To get your exchange or return started, email us at hello@loomandfield.com with your order number within 3 days of receiving your order and we'll take care of you.
  
• Items must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date in their original, unused condition with tags attached. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit, and a tracking number is required. Insurance is recommended.
  
• Please allow up to 1 week for your refund to be processed. Once your payment has been refunded, you will receive an email notification.
  
• Shipping costs are non refundable and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• There is a 15% restocking fee on returns.
